Everyone who attends the event must have a valid ticket.
Please either print your ticket, download it to your passbook or show us the ticket with QR code on your phone. We just need to scan your ticket in order to issue you with your wristband.
All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the event. Under 10s must be accompanied on-site by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.
Age restrictions apply. Proof of age/ID may be required.

If you look under 25, we will ask you to prove your age when entering the event or when attempting to buy alcohol as part of our Challenge 25 Alcohol Policy. Please see our Age Policy for acceptable forms of proof of age. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol. Anyone purchasing alcohol for someone under 18 is committing an offence.
Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
The event will be fully accessible with free parking on site for blue badge holders. There will be accessible facilities including a viewing platform.
With the exception of assistance dogs, animals are not permitted.
Yes, but you will be re-searched upon re-entry, there is also a reentry curfew of 19:30
There will be no ATM facilities on site but we will be making use of contactless payments wherever possible.
Nappy changing facilities are situated in the same location as the accessible toilets. There is one located at each of the accessible toilet blocks.
No food or drink may be brought into the site. There will be a wide variety of food and drink available at the event. Remember to bring a water bottle, but no glass please. There is free water available throughout the event. Locations will be clearly signposted. Seats and chairs of any kind not permitted into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats.
All illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone under the influence will refused entry to the event or will be immediately removed from the arena. New psychoactive substances (‘legal highs’) are also strictly forbidden and, following the introduction of the Psychoactive Substances Act, could result in penalties for possession or supply.
The same regulations apply as in the rest of the country. Smoking cigarettes (or electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any enclosed areas. We are not permitted to sell cigarettes on-site so please bring what you need for the day. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly in the bins provided.
Box Offices will open at 11.30am and gates at 12 noon. The event finishes at 22:30 but last entrance to the site is at 19:30.
There will be well signposted welfare and First Aid provision at the event which will be operated by our trained and experienced staff.
Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event. For the safety of all our visitors,crowd surfing is prohibited.
Suitcases, luggage and large bags (anything bigger than a canvas shopping bag / overarm bag) are not permitted. Note that there are no left luggage or cloakroom facilities at the event, so please bring only what you can carry and please leave valuables at home.
We will be carrying out bag and body searches at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or are suspected of carrying out illegal activities whilst on site will be searched.
Air horns, selfie sticks, spray cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/items, fireworks, gas canisters, handheld communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners and the like; glass (of any kind), high-vis clothing, klaxons and other similar items capable of making loud noise, laser pens, scooters, skateboards are prohibited, as are any other items which we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security.
There is plenty of parking at the venue, either prepay £7.50 or pay £10 on the day per car. We will also have a cycle park for those travelling by bike.
Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited. Your bags will be searched upon entry to the event and cameras will be permitted at the security team’s discretion.
If a customer is unable to attend the festival without the support from a PA then we will provide an additional PA ticket at no extra cost.
If you are under the age of 16 and require a PA, they will be provided with a ticket free of charge. Please do not purchase tickets through the website, but contact us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can issue them to you direct.
The PA ticket is provided on the understanding that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your entire visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
In the event of an evacuation please ensure that your PA is aware that they are your main assistance in an emergency situation.
Please supply one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and to grant a PA ticket. The following forms are acceptable and must be submitted along with your application.- PIP (Personal independence payment)
Please only send copies of any forms. All submitted paperwork will be securely destroyed.
If you do not have the above evidence but feel you need assistance to access the festival, please contact us.
Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access our facilities. We will,however, always try to accommodate guests on the day.
Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
Crowd Management Personnel will be recognisable by their high-vis tabards. They will be issued with an event handbook and will be able to answer any questions you may have on the day.
